Abstract

The field of digital finance has experienced rapid growth in recent years, reflecting the increasing role of financial technology in transforming traditional financial systems. Despite the growing number of publications, however, a systematic analysis of the structural evolution of theoretical approaches in this area remains underdeveloped.

The aim of this study is to identify key areas for scientific publications in digital finance through bibliometric and thematic analyses.

To achieve this, a bibliometric analysis was conducted using data from Web of Science and Scopus covering publications over the past twenty years. The research method includes visualizing a network of commonly occurring terms and research clusters using VOSviewer and Latent Dirichlet Allocation (LDA) for thematic modeling to uncover hidden scientific areas. The results of the analysis revealed four dominant research clusters: financial constraints and business growth, technological innovations in financial services, economic transformation and development, and environmental sustainability. Despite significant attention to financial inclusion and the implementation of fintech solutions, there are gaps in interdisciplinary collaboration. The analysis of co-authorship demonstrated the fragmented nature of scientific collaboration, indicating insufficient interaction between different disciplines. The findings emphasize the need for further research to integrate artificial intelligence and machine learning into financial technologies and assess the role of digital finance in enhancing economic sustainability.

Abstract

Nowadays social entrepreneurship has become a main research area, showing an increasing interest in how entrepreneurial initiatives can address crucial social problems such as poverty, inequality, and environmental issues. Despite its growing importance, the field remains fragmented in terms of theoretical frameworks, interdisciplinary connections, and research collaborations. This study is aimed at analyzing the key areas and intellectual structure of scientific publications in the field of social entrepreneurship using bibliometric methods. The study uses bibliometric analysis and visualization methods of scientific data. The analysis is based on publications indexed in the Scopus and Web of Science databases for 2013-2023. VOSviewer tool has been used to visualize key thematic areas and the structure of scientific cooperation. In addition, regression analysis methods were used to identify factors affecting the citation of scientific papers in this field. The research result demonstrates the existence of separate thematic clusters, centered around key concepts, such as “social entrepreneurship”, “entrepreneurship”, “social impact”, “social responsibility”, and “sustainability”, while themes as “gender”, “bibliometric analysis”, and “network” are identified as promising research directions for further studies. The study also demonstrates that publications in journals with a high impact factor, collaboration with influential authors, and the availability of funding positively correlate with the level of citations. Future research may focus on the impact of digital technologies, public policy, and the institutional environment on the development of social entrepreneurship, as well as exploring strategies for scaling social enterprises without losing their mission.

Abstract

In today's digital world, cyberbullying and online aggression are serious problems that negatively affect young people and society as a whole. Online aggression, in particular cyberbullying, has a serious impact on the emotional state and social adaptation of young people.

The purpose of the study is to determine the scale, forms and consequences of cyberbullying among schoolchildren in Kazakhstan, as well as to propose effective strategies for preventing and countering Internet aggression.

The study used a theoretical analysis of scientific sources, a survey of schoolchildren (N = 164) and statistical data processing. Information was collected using an online survey involving students in grades 7-11. The results showed that 72 % of the respondents reported personal experiences with cyberbullying. The most common forms were insults (38 %), spreading false information (27%), threats and blackmail (20 %), as well as harassment (15 %). The main psychological consequences include emotional stress (48 %), decreased activity (33 %), and anxiety (19 %). The anonymity of the aggressors and the round-the-clock exposure increase the harm inflicted on the victims, which underlines the need for systematic work with the youth audience in the field of digital security. The value of this study lies in the fact that it complements the existing literature with new data and conclusions, which can serve as a basis for further research and practical applications in the fields of psychology, education and law. The results of the work are of practical importance, as they can be used to create educational programs and awareness-raising initiatives, as well as to develop recommendations on changes in legislation aimed at protecting users on the Internet.

Abstract

This article examines the evolution and current role of telemedicine as a digital innovation in healthcare with an emphasis on its integration into national healthcare systems. With the help of digital technologies, patients can receive consultations from doctors, undergo diagnostics and health monitoring remotely. Telemedicine, which provides remote interaction between patients and healthcare professionals using information and communication technologies, is becoming increasingly relevant due to the growing demand for affordable and cost-effective healthcare services. The study highlights the global interest in telemedicine, reflected in the growing number of academic publications indexed in Scopus for search terms such as “telemedicine and healthcare” and “telemedicine and services”. The paper focuses on the development of telemedicine in Kazakhstan, a country facing challenges related to rising healthcare costs.

The study aims to examine the historical trajectory of telemedicine and assess its implementation in the healthcare system of Kazakhstan.

Particular attention is paid to the functioning of the National Telemedicine Network (NTN), including the number of healthcare facilities connected to the system and the current scale of its deployment. The analysis also considers institutional and infrastructural aspects that influence the effectiveness of telemedicine integration, such as the availability of technical resources, human capital, and the regulatory framework. The study was limited by the lack of up-to-date and comprehensive data on telemedicine in Kazakhstan, making it difficult to analyze current developments and trends. Nevertheless, the findings highlight the importance of further investment in telemedicine as a strategic component of healthcare modernization in Kazakhstan.

Abstract

In the context of the accelerating transformation of the international system and globalization, China's modern foreign policy demonstrates an evolution from defensive strategies to proactive leadership in shaping international rules and standards.

The purpose of this study is to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the transformation of China's foreign policy from 1949 to the present.

The results of the research show that China has gone through three stages in its foreign policy: the first stage (1949–1978) was characterized by a policy of confrontation with blocs and support for national liberation movements, and the second stage (1979–2013) focused on economic integration within the framework of globalization; the third stage, “Striving for Development” (1978-2012), “Rule-making” (from 2013 to the present) in which China actively participated in the development of international standards and global governance initiatives, was followed by the results of the study. Modern Chinese diplomacy combined economic, technological, and institutional instruments of influence to demonstrate institutional strengthening in multilateral formats. It promoted the “One Belt, One Road” initiative and actively participated in creating new standards for digital economy and climate regulations. Within the framework of the Belt and Road Initiative, it was necessary to update the paradigm of South-South Cooperation and create a “Global Partnership Network” covering 128 countries to achieve mutually beneficial cooperation and shared development. In conclusion, it is emphasized that China continues to form a new model of foreign policy activity focused on a balanced combination of national interests and the responsibilities of a great power in the context of an increasingly complex global dynamic.
