Өнеркәсіптік кәсіпорындардағы жеткізу тізбегіндегі тәуекелдерді басқару: теориялық және әдіснамалық талдау

Қазіргі заманғы компаниялар белгісіздік пен динамиканың жоғарылауы жағдайында жұмыс істейді, сондықтан олар қоршаған ортаның өзгеретін жағдайларына икемді бейімделуі керек. Логистиканың үнемі кеңейіп келе жатқан әсер ету аймағы сәйкесінше компанияның логистикалық қызметінде туындауы мүмкін процестер мен қауіпті жағдайлардың саны артып келеді. Осы мақсатқа жету үшін жеткізу тізбегін көп деңгейлі қорғауға баса назар аудара отырып, жүйелік талдау, жіктеу және тәуекелдерді бағалау әдістері қолданылды. Бастапқы деректер ретінде жеткізу тізбегін басқару жүйесіндегі әлсіз жақтар, сондай-ақ әртүрлі факторлардың логистикалық процестердің қауіпсіздігі мен тиімділігіне әсері қарастырылады.
